The site worked okay for me, but the checkout felt bit clunky. I got through it in the end, just took little more clicking around than I expected

I’ve bought a few similar products in the past, and this one looked genuine to me. Packaging seemed normal, and I didn’t notice anything weird or off about it.

The selection is decent overall, but I did feel like there were a few things missing. I’ve shopped at similar places in the past that had more product options, so I was hoping for a bit more variety here.

I ended up needing to return one item because I picked the wrong size. I emailed suprememed.com and they got back to me quickly with simple instructions—actually, not just simple, they were really clear and easy to follow.

I sent it back and got my refund without any drama. It took a few days, but that’s totally normal. Overall, the whole return process was smooth and way less stressful than I expected.

I had to contact their support and they got back to me quickly, which was nice. I did have to explain the issue twice, which was a little annoying, but I’ve had worse with other companies. They stayed polite the whole time and eventually sorted it out well enough. I was actually answering emails while making coffee, so maybe I wasn’t the clearest either. Overall, professional experience.

The amount I was billed matched what I saw at checkout, and my receipt came through without any issues. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that my bank app took a little while to show the charge correctly, so I did end up checking it a couple times to make sure. In the end everything was fine, just a small delay on the bank side.

Everything felt sturdy, it was packed fine, and it all worked the way it was supposed to. I haven’t had any issues so far, so I’d probably buy from them again.
